With the project executive facing collapsing stakeholder confidence at Board level, our consultant worked with internal delivery resources, vendor teams and executive stakeholders to clarify the project’s position and identify key issues.

Acting quickly to resolve these issues regained the trust of the Board and provided a road-map for the project to follow to ultimately successful delivery. By ensuring consistent and transparent communication, our client was able to progress by leaps and bounds.
